Do not use SAT NAV/GPS devices to reach the Milia Mountain Retreat & Restaurant, only navigate to the nearby village of Vlátos and follow the signs from there. 

From Chania, as you approach the area, head towards Elafonisi via the New National Road towards Kasteli/Kissamos. Before entering Kasteli, turn left towards Elafonisi as indicated by the road signs. 

Follow the road through the Topolia gorge and reach the village of Vlátos. At the village intersection, you will see a wooden sign pointing to Milia. Turn right and follow it. 

Parking within the medieval settlement is not allowed. Once you reach the area, there is a parking space for cars, and you continue on foot for 150 meters downhill, where you will find the Milia Restaurant on your left.
